(If you are using PC I don't know if this is for you, sorry) for mobile users or paper artists, if you want to be a good artist then you need inspiration and practice, never went to art class but made a cool character design. To make cool art you can always start by watching others animations and art and try to learn from them or ask them. And if you don't want to pay for art equipment then download IBISPAINTX(like I did) and BOOM!!! You are now a cool artist now(I think)
